Every European city has a rich history, as evidenced by numerous monuments such as castles, palaces, squares and other historic buildings. The walk in the Champs-Elysées and admire monuments located on the historical Paris Ace such as the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, the Charles de Gaulle Square and La Défense are worth a visit. Bratislava is not as popular as other European capitals but its old town, the Gate and the Tower of St. Michael, Hlavne Namestie Square as well as the Grassalkovich Palace and Devín Castle represent a great history and greatness of this city.

Europe is full of the best places to visit but also of the wonderful world-famous museums. Every year many tourists visit France to see the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci “La Gioconda” located in the Louvre Museum. In Berlin there is the Museum Island which houses eight museums including the Pergamo Museum with displays of antiquities and Islamic art, the Neues Museum also dedicated to archeology, the Bode-Museum with the collection of Renaissance paintings and Baroque but also the Alte Nationalgalerie, the Altes Museum, the Archaologisches Zentrum, the Museum Courtyards and the James Simon Gallery. Amsterdam is also considered an ideal city for art lovers because it offers visitors over 75 museums. Among the most famous we find the national museum the Rijksmuseum which has the largest collection of works of Flemish art, the Van Gogh Museum with its famous work «I Girasoli». Tourists must also visit the Rembrandt House and the Anne Frank House.
